The First Post

What is spirituality? That is a question to consider deeply. If you’re reading this blog, that question is the most important one you can ponder in regards to the urge you are feeling to seek out this type of knowledge. There are many answers to this question isn’t there? It has plagued mankind since the brain and body evolved into its current form, since our inception into existence. I can’t answer that question for you, I can only point out road signs and where they may lead. When you know the answer, the question will no longer exist. I long for that day, but I accept the question for what it is. It’s a guide, a shining light in the darkness of the soul; it is up to you to pick it up and let it reveal your path into the unknown.

This blog in essence is about psychosomatic evolution, transformation of the mind body complex and it connection to the universe as it relates to the human species. Many paths to the divine exist; the one I have come to walk is this one.

When I say it is the force of evolution it is something meant literally. We are not static creatures in an unchanging universe; evolution is still at work even at this very moment. Its force is extremely powerful, causing changes that will in the end help our species survive. If you are experiencing the call to evolve, this blog will dispense information that will attempt to assist you through the rough patches of this gift along with how to mitigate its potential dangers. The concern here is with the prerogative of evolution, we are all evolving beings, and this is my interpretation of where that force is attempting to lead us.

Our understanding at the forefront of physics and the new biology reveal how evolution itself is a lot different than what we once thought it was. Quantum theory has revolutionized our understanding of the universe returning the human perception back to its more “ancient” perspective. The perspective, being referred to, at first glance seems extremely esoteric, yet extreme is the very thing we need to steer away from. The materialistic world view rampant in today’s official institutions is an extreme and the physically denying attitude of many worlds’ religions is also an extreme. What I humbly propose is to see both aspects as one, to see the sacred in the mundane; to take the middle path, the path of the heart. There has been a very strict division between science and spirituality, the sacred and the practical. This concept of a marriage between the two polarities of life has been gaining a rise in the collective unconscious, gaining way slowly. While many of these views are at the basis of what I see and have taught me much about the nature of existence I believe there is more, much more to the picture.

This blog will cover many facets including living daily life, exercise, nutrition, alchemy, energy, philosophy, science, esoteric wisdom and compassion. In this blog I will attempt to unite all the strands to the best of my ability. To make one thing clear I don’t believe I have all the answers as there are too many questions that cannot be asked. Much of what will be presented is an exploration into the fabric of existence. Please do not take what is sais as gospel, weigh what you read and experiment for yourself.
